Phew! This was my first public solo game jam and I’m really happy with what I achieved. I made all of the assets in the game which I’m super proud of (I will absolutely be using my fonts again I lov them sm) and I programmed everything too in Unity.

I have been meaning to do another narrative little thing since A Void With Big Ears, I really like how quick the turnaround can be and how limitations can make things exciting.

This game is a big exploration of my dysphoria before I knew I was trans tbf, I just thought that I wasn’t allowed to be trans, only me, no one else, because I simply wasn’t cool enough! I didn’t have any body confidence and I felt subhuman for sure, but after a long time of figuring things out I feel so much happier and like a real human being now capable of being looked at without disgust. If you’re going through any dysphoria, be it gender or just general body things, please know that most people are reasonable and are kind and will treat you like a human being, you will find the confidence you desire inside once you break down all the walls people have built on top of it. Its work but you will get through. What I’m saying is love yourself because you deserve it!!!!
